Celery and Olives, Desk Set - framed drawing with label

$150.00

An 8.5×11” original drawing of Spencer Tracy’s celery and olives from the movie Desk Set, alongside a typewritten label reading “Four olives, three pieces of celery…” Desk Set, 1957 — in a 12.75×16.75 frame.

Materials: Water-based paint and permanent marker on colored cardstock (these materials are not entirely lightfast, and could fade if displayed in direct sunlight over long periods of time).

Originally created as part of the series Mundane Food on the Movies — a collection of blink-and-you’ll-miss-it food moments from some of my favorite films — and featured in both a zine and an art show of that same name (the later at Bench Gallery at Faye’s Coffee in San Francisco in 2023).

Note: this is not a print, it’s an original hand-drawn by me.
